Ebey's Reserve Design Review Standards |
Color is an essential aspect of sensitive building design within the Reserve. While there are many colors
that preserve the unique heritage of the Reserve, it is equally important to also consider your surroundings when choosing the best paint.
The color palette below provides examples that using different paint pallates from local suppliers however, the final color chosen only needs to be close to the examples. If you want to paint your house a color that is not on the palette, the Reserve Commission will need to review any proposed colors to ensure that they harmonize with the Reserve.

Blending in With Your Surroundings |
While the color palettes provide acceptable colors, it is equally important to consider the surrounding
landscape when selecting how to design and paint your home. Below are two illustration of the same home but painted with different colors that are acceptable within the Reserve. Although both colors are acceptable it is important to determine what colors compliment your surrounding environment.
