The Next Joint Work Session is Scheduled for June 3, 2010, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Ebey's Reserve – Proposed amendments to the standards and procedures that regulate development within Ebey’s Landing National Historic Reserve.  These amendments modify permit review procedures, development standards, and they incorporate references to a companion design manual.  For questions, please contact Robert Pederson at b.pederson@co.island.wa.us or call 360-679-7344. 

The proposed amendments have been approved and forwarded to the Board of Island County Commissioners for adoption by the Planning Commission.  The County will be working with the Town of Coupeville and the Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve to refine the current proposed unified ordinance for final adoption.  Please check back for updates periodically.
