Mission:
The mission of the
Human Resources Office is to efficiently meet the operational
and strategic human resource needs of Island County government.
These include, but are not limited to, the areas of recruitment,
compensation and benefits, labor relations and affirmative actions.
We seek
to meet these needs through coordination with the departments,
officials and employees of Island County and the public.

We are located in the Courthouse Administration Building, 1
NE 7th St., Coupeville, WA in Room 211.
