District Levy Rate Calculations for 2011:

These reports will show the Highest Lawful Levy Calculation, the calculation applying the Statutory Maximum Rate, the Certified Budget/Levy submited by the district, any Pro-rationing of property tax among the districts to keep the total rate within the limits established by statute or the state constitution, and the Actual Levy Calculation which is the lowest of the various alternatives.
